Bairnsdale Bearings – Commercial Warehouse

We’re proud to have delivered a commercial store and warehouse facility for Bairnsdale Bearings.

Their previous premises had no onsite customer parking and very limited display and stock capacity, which made it difficult to support the growing needs of local businesses.

The purpose-built facility, located in a more central position within Bairnsdale’s industrial estate, was designed to support their continued growth and improve customer access.

Key features included:
• 16m clear-span covered onsite parking
• Over 1,040m² of display and storage space
• Dedicated unloading capabilities
• Additional storage and office space on a mezzanine level

The expanded layout and capacity allow them to operate far more efficiently while continuing to deliver on their motto: “Right Part, Right Now!”

It was great to be involved in delivering a project that helps support a local business and the wider Bairnsdale community.
