Bairnsdale Engineering’s industrial canopies are designed to provide large clear spans, usable height, and unobstructed access for vehicles, equipment, and day-to-day operations.
The frames are manufactured from hot-dip galvanised universal beam (UB) columns and rafters, providing strength, durability, and long-term corrosion resistance in demanding industrial and agricultural environments.
The simple cut, drill, and weld fabrication method used with UB columns and rafters allows for straightforward customisation. This makes it easy to tailor each canopy to suit site constraints, access requirements, and operational workflows.

Client Outcome
A 30m clear-span industrial canopy delivered a practical, weatherproof solution for Bonaccord’s unloading area. Positioned adjacent to the packing facility, the new structure provides full overhead protection, keeping produce sheltered from rain and harsh sun during unloading.
The clear-span design ensures unrestricted access for trucks and forklifts, maintaining smooth operations while protecting crop quality.
