While we offer a range of standard building designs, most of our commercial and industrial projects are custom engineered to meet specific client requirements. Every building is designed for practical use, long-term durability, and flexibility as your business grows and changes over time.
Our building frames are manufactured from hot-rolled universal beam (UB) steel, with heavy-duty connection plates factory-welded to rafters and columns for strength, accuracy, and efficient installation. For maximum durability in demanding environments, we recommend hot-dip galvanising the primary steelwork to provide superior corrosion resistance and long service life.

Client Outcome
We’re proud to have delivered a commercial store and warehouse facility for Bairnsdale Bearings.
Their previous premises had no onsite customer parking and very limited display and stock capacity, which made it difficult to support the growing needs of local businesses.
The purpose-built warehouse, located in a more central position within Bairnsdale’s industrial estate, was designed to support their continued growth and improve customer access.
Key features included:
• 16m clear-span covered onsite parking
• Over 1,040m² of display and storage space
• Dedicated unloading bays
• Additional storage and office space on a mezzanine level
The expanded layout and capacity allow them to operate far more efficiently while continuing to deliver on their motto: “Right Part, Right Now!”
