Industrial Shed, Dwyers Toyota – Bairnsdale

This project was designed and built in two stages for Dwyers Toyota, Bairnsdale. The first stage was a 56m x 22m x 5.5m shed with a skillion lean-to off the east side for amenities and an open ended section for motor vehicle wash bays.

The second stage was a 30m x 21m x 5.5m motor vehicle service area and goods storage. There are various annexes and awnings off the north side of the building. This shed also has a tilt slab concrete panel firewall where the west wall adjoins the neighbouring property.

This is another great example of a completed Bairnsdale Engineering project that involved clear communication and collaboration with the clients, builders, designers and local authorities to achieve a desired result.
