This industrial shed was built for a couple running their own business that wanted to move from a rental property to their own premises; a solid, reliable investment for the future.

A key feature of the build is the cantilever awning on the north side of the structure. The awning roof slopes back toward the main roof, with a box gutter positioned between the two to efficiently capture and drain stormwater.

The cantilevered space provides additional storage and covered work area, extending the usable footprint of the shed. It also protects the main doorways from direct sun exposure, helping to keep the internal environment cooler during summer and improving day-to-day working conditions.
